Cloud FM’s structure provides a dedicated account manager to each client relationship who is tasked with tracking each work order to satisfactory completion with time, cost, and quality (the first time) as the central focuses and performance metrics. Our operating system tracks each assignment from the moment it is initiated through invoicing and collections. It also features a central organized dashboard, similar to a fast food order ticket, prioritized by time and the origin of each work order. Our team provides extensive oversight which provides redundancy and is an easy mechanism for escalation as the situation warrants.
