OPENING SOON: Christian Brothers Automotive in Apollo Beach, FL
January 6, 2020
Cloud wrapped up 2019 by completing another ground-up Christian Brothers project, this time in Apollo Beach, Florida, as the second new build in our portfolio.
The project broke ground on July 19, 2019, within the Mira Bay Village property along U.S. Hwy 41 just south of Apollo Beach Blvd. Operating on a five-month timeline, Superintendent Lacy Bryant credited his team with the success of this build.
“I learned a lot doing this project. I enjoyed the whole process and was blessed with some very good and helpful subcontractors,” said Bryant.
Ruben Vargas of Christian Brothers was very pleased with the work.
“I wish all of our projects would go this well,” he added.
This new build did not come without its challenges. A plan to change the office layout was put into place while still needing to maintain deadlines throughout the rest of the project. Additionally, waiting on approvals from Hillsborough County throughout the project affected workloads and timelines.
When asked what his biggest reward was regarding this endeavor, Bryant mentioned that compliments like Vargas’ and seeing the finished product were more than satisfying.
“I feel better prepared for the next Christian Brothers project,” he said encouragingly.
Christian Brothers Automotive is located at 128 Harbor Village Ln, Apollo Beach, FL 33572, and is slated to open in February.
